Expressive Letter Flashcards

These Expressive Letter Flashcards are a great addition to our Expressive Letter Story Cards. Use them to help your child have more fun learning their letter recognition and sounds, AND also to learn to blend letters together to create words!

There are two instruction pamphlets included to teach:

#1: Letter recognition & sounds

#2: This is a second step for how to use the letters to read words.

With regular flashcards, children tend to memorize the colors, shapes, pictures of each card instead of actually retaining the letter, so just purchasing one set is never enough. Our cards offer a variety of three different versions of each uppercase and each lowercase letter. These variations allow for faster learning and better retention.

They use the same cute “mommy and baby” characters as our Story Cards.

The three versions include:

1. Regular letters with letter sounds written out.

2. Letters with expressive letter faces.

3. Letters with expressive faces and actions

Children learn best with repetition, but seeing the same letter in various ways, will help them internalize and actually retain!

Repetition + variety = success!
